Tales of the Oak - Thursday 28th October 2021, 6pm-7pm, free but ticketed
As part of this years Galoshans Festival, storyteller and author Paul Bristow shares his story map with us, and wanders through the folklore and urban legends of his home town, searching for a different way to tell stories about Inverclyde. Tales of bogles, pirates, monsters and mermaids are reinterpreted and retold by voices from across the community, with accompanying comic art illustrations.
The event is part of the Scottish International Storytelling Festival 2021 and supported by TRACS – Traditional Arts and Culture Scotland as part of the ‘Go Local’ programme.
Presented live and online in association with The Beacon Arts Centre - book now.
